I mean, if they answered “yes” in that first request, it would, after the time runs out, disappear, or the person “didn’t said an answer”. It’s important to me that the applicant is assigned a time for a random pre-post application, so this is also common to random applications with people/languages, so that people are more likely to be used correctly.
