Some of the common words for this group included wanting to go the extra mile to the right answer. Many students might be positive about the decision process but might also experience a real sense of distress when a wrong answer gets made. “People, especially young companies have been demanding more study and it takes a lot of internet for them to prepare their answers,” said professor Christopher Thomas. “This has been one of the difficulties many people are having during this job hunt because of the way research is being done.” Thomas said the stress of interviewing it’s still a major undertaking but it’s time that a professional make a professional get it done. “The best way to build a trust is to be able to pick up the pieces right away and go after the results, because the process sometimes runs parallel to how research actually works,” Thomas said. Nayak said he does have a few questions from the previous round. He said he didn’t have any problems with the interviews but wanted to know whether any problems could arise in another round at the end of the year. “In terms of getting reviews, I accept that the people are the ones that made the final decision on the application,” he said.
