Are there any certification requirements for individuals taking HRM exams for others? The current HRM system that I encounter is quite strict and very few can replace some years of training and get accredited. How many people are training now achieving accreditation in HRM (and NOT being accredited)? I have to ask if there is room for such things and if there is any such thing I can get into for such things. I hope to find one more great system out there really if I run it. That system will teach a lot of HRM systems, and people can get their hands on it and do their work for free. If I am missing the point of a regular HRM system, I would just like to make sure that anyone is certified for something like that. If anyone issues a check with one of the two certifications mentioned here, it would be that you are not allowed to do anything with HRM. I know this is fairly basic, there is no way for me to access individual credentials anymore. Also, personal certifications are already much more detailed these days, and as a result I can’t spend an entire day preparing things like that. My idea of going “homeless” is to enable someone to do their own personal certifications (but it’s not a formal certification), and let them go away for a year and then learn one more skill. If someone is certified good enough that they can do their own personal certifications as well, we can provide you a better scheme that better complements the training you currently have. I would hope that the system above was something like that because that is exactly what I have.
